As the CEO of Event Transport Solutions (ETS), Deborah is an accomplished and highly experienced professional in Event Management and Transportation, ably demonstrating successfully managed operational delivery for numerous events across the globe. Two decades of extensive experience on varied and complex events includes building and developing large teams of planners and operational staff. Orchestrating event transport for large-scale events such as CONCACF Gold Cups, a Presidential (USA) Inauguration, NHL All-Star Games, Daytona 500, Women’s World Cup and 2012 Olympic Games in London, provides an impressive overview of seasoned direction. Additionally, Deborah leverages this experience with an aptitude for mentoring and leading teams in developing and implementing comprehensive and efficient plans for transport in any world-class sporting event.

Chief Executive Officer

Natalie is a Director of Operations for ETS, working with the operational teams and clients to manage project accounts, resourcing and associated administration alongside her administrative duties to support the ETS head office operations. Natalie joined ETS from the City of Kissimmee where she supported the Recreation & Leisure Services and Events & Venues teams with administrative support. Natalie holds numerous certified technical and management training certificates and has received a number of awards including Morris County Local Hero, County College of Morris Leadership Award and State of New Jersey Academic Achievement Award. Natalie is also an active volunteer at Give Kids the World and Best Buddies organizations and plays an active role in supporting the local community. Natalie graduated from County College of Morris in 2017 with degree in Business Administration and is currently studying for a BA in Business Management and Finance from the University of Central Florida.

Director of Operations

Melissa, a graduate of both the University of Louisville and the University of Kansas, has joined ETS as Director of Operations. In this capacity, Melissa’s outstanding career skill sets will complement the already superb level of service provided by our current ETS staff. A dedicated professional in event management, Melissa’s extensive experience includes diverse projects ranging from Venue Transport Manager for Salt Lake 2002 Winter Olympic & Paralympic Games to Project Manager for NFL Super Bowls and NCAA Men’s Final Four. As Corporate Events Manager for Essense of Australia, Melissa excelled in a fast-paced environment, delivering results-oriented events which assured the ultimate selling experience. Seeking to “give back” to the community as well, Melissa participates and serves as a Board Member on preschool, city and university committees for various fundraising, curriculum development and scholarship recipients.

Director of Operations

As a Project Manager for ETS, Jody brings a level of professionalism and expertise to event operations that is firmly grounded with over 6 years of experience in events, transport and access control. Jody’s previous work experience with Orlando Magic, Gameday Transportation and event operations working with Central Florida Sports Commission has effectively prepared him for assuming the position of Project Coordinator with ETS. Jody served as Quarter Master for the U.S. Navy for 4 years, utilizing his talents for coordination, scheduling, selection and training during all phases of production. Jody graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Marketing and Media from Full Sail University and we are proud to welcome him “aboard” as the newest member of the ETS Team.

Project Manager

Barbara ushers in a new decade for 2020 as our “new” Project Coordinator for ETS, bringing a skill set honed by extensive experience in vendor and operations management, special events and superb customer service. Previously, Barbara proudly served the City of Kissimmee, working effectively in a cross-functional and fast paced environment, successfully establishing valuable relationships with clients, government officials and media representatives. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Barbara attended Valencia Community College, is CPR certified and completed additional training with FEMA and MOT. Such cross-training represents only some of the professional preparation which contributes to a solid worth ethic from our newest Project Coordinator. Looking ahead to 2020, Barbara is certain to stand ready to meet any transport challenge with an ETS-inspired “solution,” thus ensuring the best possible client satisfaction.

Project Coordinator

Jason Fales

Jason brings a wide and varied background to multiple facets of event and transport operations. Prior to joining ETS, Jason worked at a major beverage distribution center as well as in custom cabinetry design, construction and installation. Joining the event world has provided unlimited opportunities to further his already considerable management, logistic and planning skills. As a seasoned professional and under ETS’ banner, Jason has operated in numerous capacities to support various events, notably NFL Superbowls, NBA All Stars, Daytona 500, 2010 World Equestrian Games, 2012 London Summer Olympics and the Concacaf Gold Cup. Recently accepting the critical role of “back of house” operations, Jason’s current responsibility will include creating and managing an inventory support system to provide materials, supplies and logistical assistance for all of ETS’ events wherever they occur - domestic or international!

Project Coordinator

Chris Carbonell

In 2017, Chris Carbonell joined the ETS team as a Contractor, transitioning into a full-time Project Coordinator by 2022. With his previous experience as Valet Lead at a Waldorf Astoria, Chris had hands-on experience with the development and implementation of parking systems, including an understanding of VIP service levels. Chris is detailed oriented with an appreciation for safe and efficient transport operations. Since joining ETS, Chris has been a Team Transportation Coordinator for Gold Cup and Orlando-based bowl games, including Citrus, Pro, and Cheez-It Bowls. In the role of Shuttle Manager, he has covered the Olympic Trials and Pre-Fontaine. Simultaneously, Chris has managed access control for rideshare at After-Shock and crowd management for Daytona 400. Recently, he returned from Canada, where he was the Project Manager for Heritage Classic. When not on the road, Chris finds time to further his knowledge of 3D Printing and Modeling, is an amateur drone pilot and continues his studies in Project Management.

Project Coordinator

Najee Lattimore

Najee’s commitment to quality work led to his transition from Contractor to a full-time position as Project Coordinator in 2022 with ETS. With a degree in Sports Management, Najee’s initial work as a team liaison during the NCAA Bowl Games and CONCACAF Gold Cup continued into more detailed event operations. His professional manner and communication skills have furthered ETS's commitment to its clients and customers. Since transitioning to full-time, Najee has filled the role of Traffic Management Supervisor on both the Aftershock Rock and Golden Sky Music Festivals and Shuttle Coordinator for the Olympic Trials, NCAA Outdoor Track Championships, and the World Track & Field Championship. Najee has rounded out his experience as an Event Manager for EDC Rave. Outside of ETS, Najee enjoys photography, videography theatre, and singing.
